I started People Spectrum in 2014 as a means to combine my passion for the arts and psychology.  I firmly believe in the elasticity of human potential and that anyone can improve themselves and achieve their goals, given that they receive the right guidance and tools.

​

With 20-plus years of experience in the education and training industry, I know what makes knowledge stick and evokes real and sustainable behavioural change.

My workshops and coaching sessions are high-impact and practical to equip people with the skills to cope with demanding work/life environments.

I apply the arts and creative processes scientifically to explore unconscious biases, express deep-seated fears and anxieties, encourage self-awareness and reflection, and create personal and professional goals.

I have done extensive research on topics such as resilience, psycho-social dexterity, wellbeing, the psychology of coaching, and enabling synergy in the multi-generational workplace with Generation Z. I obtained my master’s degree in Psychology in 2014, specialising in Emotional Intelligence (EQ) training and the best practice criteria for adult learning and development. Currently, I am studying towards my Ph.D. at the University of Stellenbosch Business School in Business Management and Administration, with a focus on Coaching Psychology.

 

As an associate of Training Development Consulting International (TDCI), we facilitate workshops and conferences on Diversity, Disability & Inclusion, Supervisory training, HR Master Class, and the Robben Island Diversity Experience (RIDE). 

 

I have also collaborated with YSC Business Psychologists and South Side Psychologists on large corporate projects ranging from change management, action learning, team cohesion, leadership development, and high potential assessments.
