With 20-plus years of experience in the education and training industry, I know what sticks and evokes real, sustainable behavioural change. My workshops and sessions are engaging, high-impact, and scientifically grounded in Psychological principles.

I have done extensive research on topics such as resilience, psycho-social dexterity, well-being, the psychology of coaching, and enabling synergy in the multi-generational workplace with Generation Z. As an associate of Training Development Consulting International (TDCI), we facilitate workshops and conferences on Diversity, Disability & Inclusion, Supervisory training, HR Master Class, and the Robben Island Diversity Experience (RIDE). I have also collaborated with YSC Business Psychologists and South Side Psychologists on large corporate projects, including change management, action learning, team cohesion, leadership development, and high-potential assessments.
