Positive Psychology is the science of self-improvement.


Unfortunately, there is truth in what Henry David Thoreau said in his book (Walden; or, Life in the Woods, 1854), the mass of men lead lives of quiet desperation.


Even people who have had a comfortable life are recently challenged with hardships unbeknown to them. Yet, to surrender to such a grim reality or thinking is a choice.


Positive Psychology coaching equips us with the skills to harness the wild horses of our thoughts, master our emotions, and deliberately plan how we can better ourselves through (and despite of) adversity.


It is wonderfully optimistic in that it teaches us how to become resilient, content, grateful, and live a meaningful, fulfilling life. Most importantly, it teaches us the wisdom discovered through ancient practices and modern science, and how we can learn from our experiences and improve our lives so that we don't submit to a bleak and desperate life.
